The fans really work. I bought it for my sister who get hot flashes really bad and she loves it. It has 3 fan settings which are really nice. The sound on setting 3 is pretty loud but if you need relief at that level who cares about the sound...right! It's lite and doesn't bother the neck. The only complaint is the on/off button is kind of hard to find when it's on your neck but after wearing it for a while you get used to finding it. I had to try it before I gave it to my sister. It was so great, I ordered myself one. If you need relief from the heat this one works!

It arrived much earlier than reported, I am loading it product, when I can try it I will write my printing
I've only had this for 2 days but it has earned it's keep. As soon as my face starts to feel hot I put it on and the cool breeze stops the hot flash from worsening. I wear it for a bit then take it off. The air felt cool even though it's 85 and very humid today. It is not super quiet, the sound would drive me nuts if I had it on all the time. My only complaint is the control button is in a hard place to reach when on your neck and not easy to find, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
